Terms of Service

The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, plan summary or email that we both agree to (the “Proposal”). The service descriptions on this website are general. Anything outside the Proposal needs to be agreed separately.

• Prices on this website are indicative and shown in Indian rupees. The Proposal sets the final price.
• Applicable taxes, such as GST, are charged in addition where they apply.
• Advertising budgets (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads spend) are paid by you directly to the platform and are not included in my fees.
• Invoices are due on the dates stated in the Proposal. I may pause work on overdue invoices until they are settled.

To do my best work, I need you to:

• give me the access, information and assets I need, on time;
• make sure you have the right to use anything you give me, such as logos, photos, text and account access;
• review and approve work promptly; and
• follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your business, such as Google's and Meta's policies.

Search rankings, website traffic, phone calls, leads and mentions in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity depend on search engines, AI providers, competitors and many factors outside my control. I do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume or AI mention. What I commit to is a transparent process, regular progress updates and a measurable plan tied to your goals.

I use AI tools to help with research, drafting, reporting and automation. I review output before it reaches you or your customers, but AI can make mistakes, so please also check anything you publish under your name. Tell me in advance if your data must not be processed by third-party AI tools.

Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as written content, designs and the website files for your project. I keep ownership of my tools, templates, processes and general know-how, and any third-party material remains with its owner.

Unless you ask me in writing not to, I may mention your business and show non-confidential results from the work in my portfolio and case studies.

I will treat non-public information you share with me as confidential, use it only to provide the services, and not disclose it except to people and providers who need it to help me do the work, or where the law requires.

Monthly engagements continue until either of us ends them, with the notice period stated in the Proposal. One-off projects end when the agreed deliverables are completed. You will pay for work already done up to the end date, and I will return or delete any account access you gave me.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data. My total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The content on this site is for general information. Please do not copy it, scrape it or use it in a way that harms the site or other people. Statistics shown on the site come from accounts and projects I manage and are accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of the last update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a disagreement arises, let's first try to settle it by talking. If that does not work, the courts at Greater Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version (10 October 2026). Work already agreed in a Proposal is governed by the terms in force when it was agreed.
