Leads you can trace
Leads only count when they are qualified and you can see where they came from. Many businesses collect enquiries from five places and can't say which one pays. I connect search, ads and landing pages into one tracked system, so every enquiry is attributed and every channel can be judged on cost per qualified lead.
Channels that work together
The best results come from combining channels instead of relying on one:
- Local search through Google Maps and local SEO, which has generated 1K+ direct customer calls from organic search for my clients.
- Intent-led search ads with Google Ads for people ready to buy now.
- Interest-led campaigns on Meta for people who haven't started searching.
- Email capture and retargeting to bring warm visitors back.
Landing pages and forms
Every campaign needs somewhere good to land. I build focused pages with one offer, proof, and a short form or call button, in the way I describe under website design. For example, the KNV Real Estate site is built around property search and lead capture, and MADS Advertising uses quick-quote calls to action.
Tracking and CRM
I set up Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager so form fills, calls and key clicks are recorded, and connect them to a simple CRM so each lead has a status. Speed of response matters a lot, so I also help automate instant acknowledgements and reminders through AI automation.
A weekly review of quality, not just quantity
Each week you receive a short report on cost per lead and lead quality. We agree up front what counts as qualified, such as the right area, budget and need, then move effort to the channels delivering those leads and cut the ones that are not.
Why leads often fail to convert
- Slow response. A lead who isn't answered quickly moves on to the next business.
- An unclear offer, so visitors don't know what they would get by enquiring.
- Forms asking for too much at the first step.
- No tracking, so nobody knows which channel the good leads came from.
- Targeting so broad that most enquiries are never a fit.
Most of these are fixable without spending more on ads, which is why I review the full path from click to conversation.
