SEO that starts from buyer intent
Rankings only matter if they bring buyers. I start with keyword research that separates curiosity (“what is a term plan”) from intent (“term plan premium calculator”, “dentist near me”, “best CA in Noida”), then map each group of keywords to one page that deserves to rank for it.
That approach has put 100+ keywords on page 1 of Google across education, finance and tool websites, lifted one site's domain authority by 15 points in 12 months, and grown a single calculator site to 12.4K organic visits a month.
Technical foundations
Content can't rank if Google can't crawl, render and understand it. The technical work covers:
- Crawlability and indexation: what Google can reach, and what it should ignore.
- Core Web Vitals and page speed. A single technical sprint on one site delivered about a 30% speed and user-experience lift.
- Mobile layout, clean URLs, canonical tags, redirects and XML sitemaps.
- Structured data (schema) so search engines understand your pages.
- Duplicate and thin pages, which dilute everything else.
Where a rebuild is the honest fix, that is website design work.
On-page SEO and content
Each page gets a title, heading structure and body copy aimed at one clear intent, supported by internal links that point to related pages with descriptive anchor text. Internal linking is how both people and Google follow a topic from a broad page to the specific one, so I plan it deliberately rather than leaving it to chance.
For topics that need depth I build clusters of articles around a main page, written to a brief covering the entities and questions the page must answer. See content marketing for how that works.
Reporting and timelines
Reporting runs through Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio, tied to calls, leads and revenue rather than vanity metrics. Organic content SEO is a 90 to 180 day game: most clients see meaningful keyword movement by month three and compounding traffic by month six. If customers are local, start with Google Maps and local SEO, which moves faster, and add AI search visibility to cover assistants as well as Google.
Common SEO mistakes I fix
- Targeting keywords that bring visitors but never buyers.
- Pointing several pages at the same keyword so they compete with each other.
- Publishing thin pages with no internal links, so nothing connects to anything else.
- Ignoring site speed and mobile layout until traffic has already stalled.
- Buying links or using automated tools that put the whole site at risk.
Fixing these usually produces faster gains than writing more content, which is why every project starts with an audit and a written 90-day plan.
