Privacy Policy

I keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

• Information you send me: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything else you choose to share when you email, call or message me.
• Information needed to work together: access to accounts such as Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, advertising accounts or your website CMS, plus billing details for invoices.
• Technical data: the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

The contact form on this site does not send your message to a server. When you submit it, your own email app opens with a pre-filled message addressed to me, and nothing is stored by the site until you press send.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare audits, proposals and quotes.
• To deliver the services you have asked for and communicate with you about them.
• To invoice you and keep the records I am legally required to keep.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.

I do not use your information for automated decision-making, and I do not sell it.

In India, I process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, relying on your consent or on legitimate uses such as responding to a request you made or performing an agreement with you.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, my lawful bases are your consent, performing a contract with you, and my legitimate interest in running a small business and responding to enquiries.

I share information only where it is needed to deliver the work or where the law requires it. That can include:

• Service providers I use to run my business, such as email, file storage, project-management and communication tools, accounting software and website hosting.
• AI tools I use for research, drafting and automation. I do not knowingly put your confidential data into them without your agreement. Tell me if your data must not be processed by third-party AI tools.
• Authorities, where I am legally required to disclose information.

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If we work together, I keep project and billing records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them. Account access you give me is removed when the engagement ends, and I ask you to revoke it on your side too.

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and trusted providers. No online service is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask me to:

• tell you what personal information I hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless I need to keep it for legal reasons;
• stop processing it or withdraw a consent you gave me earlier.

My website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site links to other websites, including client websites in my portfolio, LinkedIn and Medium. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which I do not control.

I am based in India, and the providers I use may process data in other countries. Where I can, I choose providers with sensible safeguards.

I may update this policy as my work or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated (10 October 2026).
